OFFICE LEASES:

>> Exxcel, Inc. leased 853 SF at The Century Building at 1940 E. Thunderbird Rd. in Phoenix. Justin Horwitz and Nicole Ridberg represented the landlord.

>> Justin Horwitz and Nicole Ridberg represented the landlord at 17215 N. 72nd Dr. in Glendale, known as Arrowhead Park Place, to lease 2,493 SF to Sun State Estimating.

>> Ideal Physical Therapy leased 1,975 SF of office space at 333 E. Osborn Rd. in Phoenix. Justin Horwitz represented the tenant.

RETAIL LEASES:

>> Origami Owl has expanded into 81,238 SF at 10 Chandler off the I-10 and Chandler Blvd., in Chandler. The successful custom jewelry business signed an 89-month lease and was represented by Mary Ridberg and Rommie Mojahed.

>> Boost Mobile leased 1,200 SF at the NWC of 32nd St. and Thomas Rd. in Phoenix and was represented by Peter McQuaid, Greg Vanlerberghe and Erin Schrauth. Boost Mobile is seeking additional sites Valleywide.

>> Build a Bike leased 3,644 SF of retail space at Union Hills Square, 8190 W. Union Hills Dr. in Glendale. Mary Ridberg and Rommie Mojahed represented the landlord. Remaining suites available ranging from 1,283 SF to 4,132 SF.

SALE TRANSACTIONS:

>> Trent McCullough, Ryan Mojahed and Neil Sherman represented the seller in the sale of 1124 E. McKellips Rd. in Mesa. The 14,400 SF retail center at the intersection of Stapley and McKellips roads sold for $1.285M and closed June 14.

>> Danny Lee and Neil Sherman negotiated the sale of Desert View Apartments at 3030 E. Broadway in Mesa. The 126-unit apartment complex is approximately 97,146 SF and sold for $5.85M or $46,429 per unit. Lee and Sherman represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
