Scottsdale co-working space, DeskHub, expanded by opening up a second location in the North Valley market.
DeskHub currently occupies nearly 20,000 square feet of space in Old Town Scottsdale. Its second location will be just under 10,000 square feet in Phoenix and is located right off the freeway and at the intersection of the 51 and 101.
“With our new location at High Street, DeskHub will expand our collaborative community to the many small business owners, entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs living and working in the North and West Valley. We are excited to be the hub of entrepreneurial activity for all of Arizona,” said DeskHub Founder Jay Chernikoff, who has appointed Gabe Gasca to serve as Chief Curator for both Arizona locations.
“As we continue to grow our startup ecosystem in Phoenix, it’s exciting to see DeskHub expand its footprint to serve more small businesses and entrepreneurs,” said Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton. “DeskHub’s growth within the market is a true indicator that there’s a steady demand here for creative, forward-thinking spaces for collaboration.”
Phoenix Councilman Daniel Valenzuela added “The local leadership of our #yesphx startup and entrepreneurial ecosystem continues to drive economic development in the Phoenix region.” DeskHub, an active leader in this community’s growth, plays a vital role in ensuring that our entrepreneurs and startups have access to affordable, creative space to collaborate and grow their business.”
