Lighthouse, a leader in technology-enabled e-discovery services and advisory services, today announced the opening of its Phoenix office. This new location, centered in an expanding tech scene, will allow the company to continue to grow at an accelerated pace, recruit best-in-class talent and progress as a leader within the e-discovery and information governance sector through the development and refinement of proprietary innovations.

“The Phoenix office enhances our ability to build a robust team of innovative experts to support our proprietary technologies and clients,” said Michael Schubert, vice president of Product Development at Lighthouse. “In light of our exponential growth in the Phoenix area, this new locale will allow us to bolster our brand presence and recruiting efforts for engineering talent in a leading market space for tech companies.”

The Phoenix area accommodates roughly 7% of total Lighthouse employees, which is expected to increase as growth in the area is currently outpacing overall company growth. The Phoenix office will operate under the leadership of Michael Schubert and Fabio Honigmann, executive director of Engineering at Lighthouse. As vice president of Product Development, Schubert is responsible for bringing together product management and engineering to deliver innovative products designed to meet clients’ critical needs. Honigmann, who came to Lighthouse in March of this year, brings over 10 years of leadership experience in design, development, and the release of highly-scalable, distributed cloud software products.

Phoenix is the latest addition to Lighthouse’s office roster, following the acquisition of Forexus, a provider of consulting services and chat processing software located in Zürich, Switzerland. The Phoenix office is open for business and actively recruiting professionals with a background in Product Development and/or Engineering.
