In a recent FlexJobs survey, nearly a quarter (23%) of U.S. workers didn’t take a single vacation day over the past year, despite the majority (82%) of them having PTO.

Recognizing how essential time off is to employee wellness, engagement, and productivity, many employers – Calendly, Tripadvisor, and others – incentivize workers to take time off by helping fund their travels. 

With the summer travel season in the rearview mirror and employees wondering how they can make next summer better when it comes to vacation, FlexJobs released a list of 15 remote-friendly companies that help pay for employee vacations. 

Each company hires for remote roles with travel perks and corporate vacation packages.
