The global big Data & Analytics market is estimated to reach upwards of $420 billion by 2027 and Greater Phoenix is emerging as a leading market as it continues to secure investment and interest from hundreds of major companies across the world.

“Arizona is an incredibly pioneering state,” said David Farmer, CEO of Harnham. “We knew our next move in the U.S. had to be within an area that was a growing hub of activity which we could support and scale alongside.”

According to the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), in the past year alone 45 companies expanded or relocated to Greater Phoenix creating 10,000 new jobs and $13 billion in capital investment. With an advantageous operating environment, high quality of life for employees, more reliable infrastructure, lower operating costs, fewer regulations for businesses, and its 2.74% technology wage increase (up to $22.35 billion) – Greater Phoenix is an incredibly attractive place for companies to relocate or expand.

“With more than 300 companies in the active business pipeline representing a potential 16,000 jobs and $50 billion in capital investment, Harnham recognizes the opportunity to scale its business in Greater Phoenix to meet growing demands for Data & Analytics talent,” said Chris Camacho, president & CEO of GPEC. “Harnham will benefit from the region’s large and skilled labor pool to propel it’s operation, and we look forward to being a partner in their continued growth and success.”

Arizona and Tempe will be an integral player in the country’s data and analytics innovation as it continues to grow and Harnham is entering the market at a pivotal time.

“Tempe is known as a technology hub within the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Harnham’s new Tempe office is a welcome addition to our dynamic, innovative community,” said Tempe Mayor Corey Woods.
