Humana Pharmacy, Humana’s mail-order pharmacy service, is hiring now for more than 100 Customer Care Specialist and Pharmacy Customer Care Advocates positions at its Tempe call center, located at 7333 S. Hardy Drive, Suite 102 in Tempe.

Customer Care Specialists respond directly to questions, handle issues and provide guidance to both internal and external customers. Pharmacy Customer Care Advocates provide telephonic support for Humana members’ mail-order needs.

The positions are full-time, permanent roles and include a full comprehensive benefits package. Other benefits include paid volunteer time off, tuition reimbursement, walking work stations and the potential to work at home. The Customer Care Advocate role also offers a bonus program.
