Security Careers USA, a service entirely devoted to filling security jobs across the country, has launched their groundbreaking website from Scottsdale.

Security workers are in high demand in 2018, which will only grow according to forecasts by the U.S. Department of Labor. They project that there will be 1.15 million jobs available for security guards in the U.S. by 2024. Security Careers USA’s mission is to bridge the gap between employers and qualified candidates for these jobs with their specialized website focused solely on that industry.

Kevin Johnston, CEO of Security Careers USA says this is a big undertaking. “We are filling a great need with our website. I heard so many complaints from folks in the security industry about how difficult it is to find applicants for their positions. There are plenty of job boards out there, but none of them focus on security like we do, and that’s why there has been such an incredible response already,” said Kevin Johnston.

Within 30 days of launching, SecurityCareersUSA.com already has thousands of job postings from 50 major companies who employ security guards and deploy them to their corporate clients. Some of these include Allied Universal, G4S and Securitas, who each employ 10,000’s of security guards. “We’ve had a tremendously positive reaction to our service and it increases every day. We’re excited for the future of this industry, which is set to go over 1 million jobs in the next 5 or 6 years.  We are delighted to see how many jobs are already being filled by SecurityCareersUSA.com,” Kevin Johnston continued.

Security Careers USA is currently offered as a free service to both employers and applicants. To search for openings all across the U.S., applicants can visit securitycareersusa.com and click on “Search Jobs.” Employers can post unlimited jobs for free up to the end of October 2018, by clicking on “Post Jobs Here” on the home page. After the free posting period, employers will be given the option to continue listing multiple positions with a small fee for each posting.
