Each year, the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA) brings apartment industry leaders together for one night at its annual AMA / Cox Communication Tribute Award Gala to celebrate the successes of the teams, individuals, volunteers and communities that are the best in the apartment industry.

On the night of Friday, May 11th, a sold-out crowd of 1,400 industry leaders gathered for the 26th Annual Tribute Awards gala to honor the best apartment community professionals, teams, and communities in Arizona. The winners were judged in a competitive process and the twenty-plus winners were selected from hundreds of nominations from around Arizona.

“It is our amazing members and their professional teams that make living in an apartment home such a wonderful experience for over a third of Arizonans,” said Courtney Gilstrap LeVinus, President and CEO of the Arizona Multihousing Association.

The apartment industry supports over 131,000 jobs in Arizona including leasing professionals, onsite managers, maintenance technicians, accountants, construction services, development and executive positions.

“Managing apartments takes an entire team. Tonight, we recognize individuals and teams who work tirelessly, and truly exhibit excellence in our industry,” said Nicole Wray, Senior Director of Real Estate Service for Greystar Real Estate Partners and the 2018 Chair of the Board.
