The family-style Italian eater has rolled out its Easter spread. Guests can pass the dishes around Buca’s large rooms and roomy tables. All locations will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, April 5.
Buca di Beppo’s Easter celebration includes a newly launched, limited-time spring offerings:
• Shrimp scampi linguini: Large shrimp tossed in a lemon garlic butter sauce over linguine and finished with Parmesan cheese.
• Garlic roasted chicken and potatoes: Tender roasted chicken and crispy potatoes slow-roasted with garlic butter and herbs, finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
• Salmon Basilico: Pan-seared, roasted salmon filets in a pesto cream sauce topped with roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic and fresh basil. Available at lunch only.
Buca di Beppo’s roster of Italian comfort food is available classics — chicken parmesan, lasagna, spaghetti with giant meatballs— all served family-style.
The Sicilian Butcher
Families looking to celebrate Easter with an Italian twist can head to The Sicilian Butcher, which will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Easter Sunday at all three Valley locations in Chandler, Phoenix, and Peoria. In celebration of the holiday, kids dining in can take part in a festive surprise as each location will have golden eggs filled with candy, with a few containing special bounce-back offers for a free scoop of gelato on a future visit. Hunkapi Programs’ Easter at the Farm features an egg hunt, farm tours, animal petting and an egg toss tournament with prizes.
Aioli Gourmet Burgers and AZ Lemonade Stand will provide food and drinks. A portion of proceeds supports Hunkapi Programs’ equine therapy programs, helping children and families “fear less and love more.”
Easter at Hotel Valley Ho
Make this Easter extra special with festive eats and treats at Hotel Valley Ho. Kick-off the holiday with a chef-attended brunch buffet in the SoHo Ballroom featuring a seafood bar, omelet station, and more. The buffet costs $109 per person and $39 for children 12 and under, plus tax and gratuity. Hop into Easter weekend brunch at Scramble is celebrating the holiday with limited‑time pancakes and a festive latte available from Friday, April 3, to Sunday, April 5. The seasonal lineup features carrot cake pancakes, cinnamon‑spiced pancakes folded with shredded carrot and topped with toasted pecans and a rich cream cheese drizzle. Easter Brunch at the San Marcos Golf Resort

The Crowne Plaza Resort Phoenix—Chandler Golf Resort will celebrate Easter with a Sunday, April 5, brunch with an array of items, bottomless mimosas, live music and holiday-themed decorations. Celebrate Easter with Kona Grill, where brunch and dinner feature dishes like classic deviled eggs (or indulgent lobster-topped), Kona Jambalaya, or a fresh crab egg roll with lime chili aioli. For something lighter, opt for the smoked salmon flatbread.

The Scottsdale Quarter’s annual Hide & Peep event. On April 4 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., families are invited to follow the trail of brightly colored eggs throughout the center to uncover the secret location of a treat-filled bag. After the hunt, little ones can dance to music, enjoy cotton candy, and visit artists for face painting and balloon twisting. Guests can also snap a photo with the Easter Bunny, who will be hopping around The Quad. Tickets are only required for children participating in the scavenger hunt; event attendance is free.

Downtown Mesa
Downtown Mesa is hosting a free “Easter Eggstravaganza” from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 4. Attendees will follow the Bunny Trail along Main Street, where children can hunt for more than 12,000 Easter eggs and collect treats from 15-plus local businesses.
Other activities include free Bunny photos, Easter games and crafts and food vendors.
Caldwell County BBQ

Caldwell County BBQ is offering a spicy take on Easter with pre-order meals of brisket ($245, feeds eight to 10), turkey ($135, feeds eight to 10), pulled pork meal ($185, feeds eight to 10), and the St. Louis ribs ($125, feeds six to eight). Each meal comes with a choice of two sides (one-third pan each), a dessert and 18 King’s Hawaiian pretzel slider buns.
Orders must be placed in advance and picked up on Saturday, April 4.
Andy’s Frozen Custard

Andy’s Frozen Custard calls its salted caramel brownie concrete “decadent” and “irresistible.” The dessert blends Andy’s vanilla frozen custard with brownies baked fresh in-store and ribbons of rich salted caramel.
The salted caramel brownie concrete is available from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Easter Sunday, April 5, through Tuesday, April 7.
Andy’s Frozen Custard celebrated its 40th anniversary in March. The chain was founded in Osage Beach, Missouri, by John and Carol Kuntz, and it offers more than 54,000 flavor combinations, according to a statement.
