The opening marks the next step in Collars & Co.’s retail expansion, giving customers a place to experience the brand in person, try on its signature styles, and build a wardrobe that works for the office, travel, and everyday life.

Founded in 2021 by entrepreneur Justin Baer, Collars & Co. began with a simple frustration: traditional dress shirts were uncomfortable, especially when worn beneath sweaters or jackets. Baer’s solution was the Dress Collar Polo, combining a structured dress-shirt collar with the comfort of a polo. The brand gained an early following on TikTok and later secured backing from Mark Cuban and Peter Jones on ABC’s Shark Tank.

Since its launch, Collars & Co. has expanded beyond its original polo into a broader menswear collection, including dress shirts, blazers, sweaters, pants, and outerwear. Its pieces are designed to make getting dressed easier, with versatile styles that can be worn on their own or layered together.

“We started Collars & Co. because looking put together should feel comfortable,” said Justin Baer, founder and CEO of Collars & Co. “Opening in Scottsdale gives us the chance to introduce more people to that idea in person. When customers can try on the clothes and see how the pieces work together, the difference is immediate.”
