Building on its success in Arcadia and Uptown Phoenix, Fox Restaurant Concepts will open a third Valley location of The Henry, its signature “greatest neighborhood restaurant”, at Scottsdale 101 in summer 2026, bringing the brand’s distinct style and hospitality to North Scottsdale.

Located at the southwest corner of the Loop 101 freeway and Scottsdale Road, the new restaurant will be a ground-up build on the site of the former Denny’s, which began demolition last week. The Henry North Scottsdale will span 7,000 square feet and include a spacious patio and an all-new interior courtyard designed for effortless indoor-outdoor dining.

As with the brand’s other locations, The Henry North Scottsdale will offer the crave-worthy favorites guests know and love—signature cocktails, house-made pastries, weekend brunch and the comfort food that has made the Arcadia original a mainstay for over 14 years. Known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere, effortless style and Gatsby-era grace, The Henry has become a local staple—and the new location will carry that spirit forward with unique design features and a reimagined layout that make the most of its high-profile setting.
With all-new construction, the North Scottsdale restaurant will introduce a striking new setting that feels both distinct and familiar. A first glimpse of the deep green awnings and glowing fireplace on the front patio sets the tone for what lies inside—a refined yet welcoming space. Guests will discover a walk-up coffee bar, an inviting private dining room, cozy leather banquettes and beautifully crafted wooden and marble tables, all arranged around an energetic open kitchen that anchors the restaurant’s effortlessly stylish ambiance. The large patio and central courtyard will invite guests to linger, gathering with friends over morning espressos, working lunches or celebratory dinners.
