People who live to eat and enjoy tasting new menus and creations can now also support local businesses this Saturday, June 19, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Downtown Tempe’s Brunch Stroll, presented by Shop On. As they enjoy the vibrant energy of Downtown Tempe, foodies can enjoy small bites and drinks from exclusive event menus from 14 signature Downtown Tempe restaurants.

The at-your-own-pace stroll allows individuals to visit as many participating restaurants as they wish, sampling familiar favorites and discovering new ones – all while taking advantage of expanded outdoor patio dining with misters for a fun and relaxing way to support the Tempe culinary scene.

Participating restaurants include Alter Ego, Caffe Boa, Daily Jam, Fat Tuesday Tempe, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Illegal Pete’s, Kung Fu Tea, Loco Patron, Mesquite Fresh Street Mex, Morning Squeeze, Original Chop Shop, Pedal Haus Brewery, Snakes & Lattes, and Spinelli’s Pizza.

An additional Foodie Stroll event is planned for Saturday, August 28, 2021.

HOW: Attendees can purchase advance $5 access passes online at www.downtowntempe.com/events/foodie-strolls or at the check-in kiosk located at the Southwest corner of Mill Avenue and 5th Street. Following check-in, passholders will have access to exclusive menus featuring small bite and drink specials at each of the participating restaurants. Menu options range from $8-$10 per person at each restaurant.

WHEN: This Saturday, June 19, 2021, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

WHERE:  A check-in kiosk will be located at the Southwest corner of Mill Avenue and 5th Street. Complimentary parking is available at the Ash Street Garage, located at the Northeast corner of Ash Avenue and 3rd Street.

WHO: The Downtown Tempe Brunch Stroll is presented by Shop On in partnership with the award‐winning Downtown Tempe Authority, a private, nonprofit organization that works in partnership with the City of Tempe to increase the value of Downtown Tempe through enhanced management, safety, marketing, and promotional services on behalf of DTA members and other downtown stakeholders.
