The 6th Annual Goodyear Lakeside Music Fest, commonly known as “GLMFest,” will return Saturday, April 27 from 4-9:30pm. Presented by the West Valley Arts Council in conjunction with the City of Goodyear, the free family event will feature headlining band Smash Mouth, along with multiple local bands and artists. As a presenting sponsor, Estrella by Newland is proud to welcome GLMFest back to its Lakeside Amphitheater.
Local bands and solo artists in multiple genres such as reggae, country, alternative, blues, and pop will perform throughout the evening. All performances lead up to Smash Mouth, the pop band behind hits like “All Star” and “Walkin’ On The Sun.”

“GLMFest highlights a diverse range of music while bringing the Valley together to enjoy one of the best music events of the year,” said Bernadette Carroll, executive director of West Valley Arts Council. “The annual event continually builds upon our mission to grow a vibrant and connected arts and cultural community.”
GLMFest will also feature a variety of entertainment and activities perfect for all ages. The event will have an array of food trucks, a VIP tent, an interactive kids’ zone, and a beer and wine garden. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets to get comfortable while enjoying live music and taking in the beautiful lakeside views. The annual event draws more than 5,000 people to Goodyear from across the Valley to enjoy a fun-filled evening with family and friends. Both parking and admission are free. Adding to the festivities, GLMFest will be held in conjunction with the grand opening of Estrella’s newest village, Lucero.
