LEGOLAND Discovery Center Arizona and SEA LIFE Arizona Aquarium have partnered with Southwest Human Development for a weekend of family fun in support of the nonprofit’s programs and services dedicated to helping Arizona’s children and their families.

On Saturday, Sept. 17, and Sunday, Sept. 18, LEGOLAND Discovery Center and SEA LIFE will donate $2 to Southwest Human Development, one of the nation’s largest nonprofits dedicated to early childhood development, for each admission ticket sold, plus families will receive $5 off individual admission when purchased online in advance.

“Arizona is lucky to have two great family attractions like LEGOLAND Discovery Center and SEA LIFE Aquarium right in our own backyard,” said Jake Adams, chief development officer at Southwest Human Development. “Both LEGOLAND Discovery Center and SEA LIFE Aquarium truly care about the children and families in our community who need our support. It’s because of their efforts and the efforts of other Valley companies and foundations that we’re able to do the work we do with children each and every day.”

LEGOLAND Discovery Center admission tickets can be purchased in advance at www.swhd.org/LEGOLAND and SEA LIFE Aquarium tickets at www.swhd.org/SEALIFE. Tickets purchased at either venue’s box office will also benefit the early childhood nonprofit by simply mentioning “Southwest Human Development.”

”LEGOLAND Discovery Center Arizona and SEA LIFE Arizona Aquarium have a strong commitment to giving back to the community and being the leader in supporting nonprofits like Southwest Human Development,” says Elizabeth Mathews, head of Marketing for LEGOLAND Discovery Center Arizona and SEA LIFE Arizona Aquarium.

As part of the giving effort, LEGOLAND Discovery Center and SEA LIFE Aquarium are also donating five family four-packs of tickets to the weekend’s fun, which Southwest Human Development will be sharing with families served by St. Vincent de Paul, a long-time early literacy partner of the nonprofit.
