Scottsdale will be graced by some of the most talented and diverse DJs in the game this weekend. Up-and-coming talent, a Valley native and veteran names will be headlining at some of the top venues all weekend.
MILO & OTIS @MAYA DAY + NIGHT CLUB
Milo & Otis, a side-project between two Orlando based DJs Killagraham and NMYZ, took off and is doing great things in term of music. Their music focuses on an experimental, melodic, moombahton and jump-step sound. The duo has established that they are quite the jokers – their bio reads ‘Professional fake book writer and a leprechaun farmer who’s a gambler” and they always are having the best time preforming. Their remix of Oasis’ “Wonderwall” has a huge hit and the duo preformed at their first festival this year, Mysteryland. This up and coming duo is definitely making a big name for themselves in the EDM world.

DJ LUJAN @ RELEASE POOL PARTY TALKING STICK RESORT
One of the Valley top local acts, Phoenix born and raised DJ LuJan AKA Jay Lujan, will be headlining Saturday at the Release Pool Party. Lujan has quickly risen to the ranks of excellence in the EDM scene. In 2007, LuJan’s career expanded from professional DJ to production to project manager for one of Arizona’s premier EDM promotions and production companies, Relentless Beats. LuJan’s was nominated for Arizona Nightlife Industry Awards ‘Best EDM DJ.’ He will be setting the tone Saturday with his progression, tech-y, melodic, driving house, trance, and electro beats. DJ LuJan likes to take the audience on a progressive journey with music and Saturday is one journey you do not want to miss.

SID VICIOUS @ EL HEFE SCOTTSDALE
Know for his multi-genre music style, Sid Vicious, is guaranteed to keep the crowd wanting more this Sunday at El Hefe. Sid’s passion for music lead him into drumming and he toured the world as a professional drummer. Sid Vicious returned to DJing and uses his extensive knowledge of all genres to perfect his sets. In 2010 he was voted as San Diego’s favorite DJ as well as he holds monthly residencies at some of the top clubs in the US. Sid has worked with A-list artists like Pink, Black Eyed Peas, Busta Rhymes, Snoop Dogg, LMFAO, Lil Jon, Jemaine Dupri, and Jamie Foxx. Sid’s passion for music can be seen with every drop of the bass and Sunday at El Hefe will be no different.

BRILLZ @ MAYA DAY + NIGHT CLUB
Brillz will be spinning his trapped-out blend of hip-hop and EDM Sunday at Maya Day + Nightclub. Brillz was a founding member of a dance crew called Liquid Pop Collective before producing and DJing. His Kill The Noise “Roots” remix put him on the map as producer. His next release was a two-track collaboration with Diplo and a remix of Zedd’s “Clarity” was his next hit. Brillz them made a bold move within the DJ scene and released a full-length album titled “Twonk.” BRILLZ has also released popular remixes, including a remix of Jay-Z’s “Dirt Off Your Shoulders,” a remix of Jack Beats’ “About to Get Fresh,” and a remix of Kill The Noises’ “Talk to Me.” There is no better way to party this Sunday in valley then with Brillz.
