Scottsdale Living: The Best Of Scottsdale Az

When I moved to Arizona 10 years ago,Scottsdale was the city that made the first impression on me. Scottsdale is where I had my first meal in Arizona, shopped for my first hot-weather wardrobe, played my first round of golf, went for my first run, and then suffer my first near heat stroke after that first run. More than a decade after I made Arizona my home, Scottsdale continues to be the go-to hot spot in the Valley. It offers some of Arizona’s best dining, nightlife, shopping and style. Scottsdale’s reputation as the entertainment epicenter of Arizona is one of the reasons friends from New York always insist of going out in Scottsdale when they come to visit. For all those reasons, the editorial team at ScottsdaleLiving decided it was time to do this Best of Scottsdale issue so readers could tell us and we could tell readers about some of Scottsdale’s most sizzling hot spots. You can read about my must-visit Scottsdale hotspots — think guts, butts and mutts — on Page 54.
We had lots of fun putting together the first Best of Scottsdale issue. I’m sure most of you will agree with some of the picks inside this issue and disagree with others. That’s why I want to hear from you. Do you have a store, restaurant, golf course or bar that you think should be considered for the next installment of the Best of Scottsdale? For now, enjoy this delicious slice of Scottsdale.
