Zoomtown Lights will return Friday
ISM Raceway’s Zoomtown Lights presented by Sunbelt Rentals will brighten the West Valley for the second consecutive year beginning this Friday, Nov. 29, providing guests a one-of-a-kind drive-through holiday light show throughout the venue that is home to the 2020 NASCAR Championship Weekend. The giant light show experience is over 1.6 miles long, includes more than 300 displays and utilizes more than three million LED lights for guests to enjoy as they drive around the facility, into the infield and onto the track’s pit road.
“We can’t wait to kick off the second year of Zoomtown Lights this Friday and we’re proud to continue this holiday tradition here in the West Valley,” said ISM Raceway President Julie Giese. “This unique holiday lights experience is the only of its kind in Arizona as it sees our entire facility transform from a race track into a sparkling winter wonderland.”
Featuring a unique array of scenes, Zoomtown Lights will showcase holiday-themed displays such as snowfall canopies and iconic nursery rhymes while also including many special motorsports-inspired displays such as a NASCAR hauler overflowing with toys and Santa Claus behind the wheel of a stock car.
New to this season’s Zoomtown Lights will be a number of weekly theme nights, including Military & First Responder Mondays, Two Can Tuesdays, West Valley Wednesdays and Family Fridays.
For Military & First Responder Mondays, each Monday throughout December any active duty or retired military members and first responders with proper ID will receive $5 off the regular admission price per car. On Tuesdays throughout December for Two Can Tuesdays, guests that bring two cans of food benefitting St. Mary’s Food Bank will receive $5 off, and on Wednesdays for West Valley Wednesdays, all West Valley residents with valid ID will receive $5 off.
Family Fridays during Zoomtown Lights will feature Santa Claus at the end of the 1.6-mile show, where guests can park their cars and visit Santa at his special ISM Raceway holiday display.
Zoomtown Lights will be open nightly November 29 through December 31. The experience opens at 6 p.m. and remains open until 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Admission prices are $25 per car Sunday through Thursday until December 19, and $30 per car every Friday and Saturday, as well as everyday beginning December 20 through December 31. Busses (10+ passenger capacity) are also welcome at Zoomtown Lights for a $50 admission.
