Uptown Jungle Fun Park is more than just a trampoline park, it is an indoor playground with a complete mega-structure meticulously designed to give children a full day of indoor adventures. SVN landlord & tenant rep advisor, Jennifer Hill has been the lead advisor in helping with the expansion growth into Arizona.
The fun park includes rock/wall climbing, giant slides, an obstacle course, zip line, a ninja course, ball blaster arena, and so much more. The parents will also enjoy the adult lounge designed especially for them so they can relax and take a break too. The 4th national location and second location in Arizona opened its door today in a ribbon cutting ceremony inside the new location, 7608 W. Cactus Rd., in Peoria, AZ. The 15,750 square foot building will provide plenty of space for all the indoor activities, including opportunities for private birthday parties, fundraising and a place for team building fun.
“Our experience with Jennifer Hill at SVN has been outstanding,” said Bob Krause, CEO of Uptown Jungle Fun Park. “Jennifer is a true team player and treats our business like it was her own.” Hill is known in the valley for helping her clients expand their business into different areas all across Metro Phoenix based on the demographic needs of her clients. Krause continued to express their UJ real estate team has “deep respect for her amazing work ethic and attention to detail” which ultimately gives them the confidence in their national expansion plans into other parts of the country.
Family and friends gathered today, including Vicki Hunt, Mayor Pro Tem with the City of Peoria, along with the Guy Erikson, President & CEO of the Peoria Chamber of Commerce. Scott Simpson with the Peoria, Chamber of Commerce as also present. Creator/CEO, Bob Krause couldn’t have enough great things to say about the project development and the advisory work that SVN advisor, Jennifer Hill has done for the Uptown Jungle company. “She is amazing.”
The fifth national location for Uptown Jungle is set to open in the 3rd quarter sometime in Chandler, which Hill also represented the tenant for. It will mark its third location in Arizona. Each park is custom-designed to fit the space and the equipment is built to the space measurements. In short, the owners and engineers customize every location and make it unique. The developers also created a cool element of their equipment to be replaced over time to keep things fresh. This all-inclusive park pass will also require safety & health elements. Grip socks are required to keep their parks clean and safe. The Peoria Uptown Jungle Fun Park will give families an exciting way to kick off the summer, but the park is open year round with affordable snacks & drink available to their guests.
