Sourdough & Co. is known for its fresh, artisan-style sandwiches and soups served on signature sourdough bread. The fast-casual eatery offers a high-quality dining experience made with only premium ingredients.

American chocolatier See’s Candies will bring its iconic selection of chocolates and confections to Verrado Marketplace. With a legacy dating back to 1921, See’s Candies will offer residents and visitors a sweet stop for gifts, celebrations and everyday indulgence.

CityVet, a fast-growing provider of veterinary services, will offer comprehensive pet care including wellness exams, vaccinations, grooming and urgent care. The addition further supports the center’s focus on convenience and family-friendly services.

Great Clips, the affordable, no-appointment-needed haircare provider, will join Verrado Marketplace in 2026, offering trusted haircut services for the entire family. “Construction is moving quickly at Verrado Marketplace, and we’re proud to welcome another round of desirable, specialty tenants to the project,” said Angie Kory, Vice President of Leasing at Vestar. “With Buckeye being one of the fastest-growing areas in the nation and the project’s prime location, this is the ideal time for a development of this scale.”

The project has now gone vertical, with foundation work and structural framing well underway. Curb, gutter and roadway installations are also progressing across the site and paving is scheduled for the coming months as the full buildout takes shape.

Verrado Marketplace will span 500,000 square feet and occupy a high-visibility location at the intersection of I-10 and Verrado Way. Upon completion, Verrado Marketplace will offer an extensive selection of retail, dining and service options. The newly announced tenants will join an impressive lineup of anchors and national brands, including Target, Harkins Backlot, Safeway, Ross, Marshalls and HomeGoods, as well as ULTA Beauty, Famous Footwear, Buckle, Bath & Body Works and America’s Best Contacts & Glasses.

A variety of eateries are also confirmed, such as Salt Tacos + Tequila, Shake Shack, Handel’s Ice Cream, Nekter Juice, Thai Chili, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Tropical Smoothie and Hawaiian Bros. Additionally, the center will feature services including European Wax Center, Zara Nails, Pacific Dental and Mountain America Credit Union.

The majority of these tenants are projected to open May 2026, while Harkins Backlot, a new family entertainment center, will start welcoming guests in the fall. Beyond retail, Verrado Marketplace will include community-focused amenities such as a splash pad, outdoor fireplaces, a live performance stage and a spacious central lawn.
