Hilton Phoenix Resort at The Peak, a longtime Phoenix hospitality landmark, has rebranded as The Peak Phoenix, a Hilton Resort, and will continue to remain part of the Hilton and Crescent Hotels & Resorts portfolio.
The rebrand comes as the resort completes its $120 million repositioning with the opening of the Agave Tower and Agave Courtyard (formerly the North Tower), the new Spa & Fitness at The Peak featuring The Peak Pool & Bar, a new adults-only outdoor oasis, and updated meeting venues.
The property’s transformation has unfolded in a series of phases since Pivotal Group acquired the resort in late 2024.

Phase One, unveiled in April, introduced the Ocotillo Tower (formerly the South Tower) with new suites. It also brought The Pantry, a grab-and-go market serving Starbucks coffee, and The Living Room, a social hub and lobby restaurant with a variety of seating areas and fire pits designed for connection and pause.
Phase One also introduced brand new poolside cabanas at the resort’s trademark The Peak Water Park.
Agave Tower and Agave Courtyard, along with the Palacio Building, a flexible, 5,900-square-foot, state-of-the-art mountainside meeting and event space with sweeping views of the city.
Opening in late fall is Emberance, the resort’s live-fire Southwest restaurant, and The Garden at the Peak, an outdoor wedding and event lawn framing picturesque Piestewa Peak.
‘When we set out to reimagine the hotel, we knew the transformation deserved a new resort name to match,” said Julia Najafi, vice president and principal of Pivotal Group.
“The Peak honors everything in this property’s history and story while embracing who we are becoming: an elevated destination where art, design and hospitality meet to create a vibrant pinnacle of desert style and elevated experience for our guests.”
Like the Ocotillo Tower, the Agave Tower also offers 224 completely upgraded all-suite accommodations, including larger Ambassador Suites.
The Peak offers 432 total suites. The 1,760-square-foot Presidential Suite has multiple bathrooms, two gas fireplaces, an expansive living area and an extra-large soaking tub.
The Agave Courtyard also mirrors the Ocotillo Courtyard, with the same climate-controlled amenities for year-round use: retractable shade canopies and a state-of-the-art misters.
The courtyard welcomes outdoor meetings and events, guest activations, outdoor games, and other special programming.
“Completing this is a milestone we’ve been working toward with real anticipation, and it marks the moment The Peak truly comes to life,” said Dale Moseke, The Peak’s general manager.
“Every space, from The Living Room to the Ocotillo and Agave Tower suites and event courtyards to Spa & Fitness at The Peak, was fully reimagined with one goal in mind: to create a place that feels as inspiring as the art and rich, historic Sonoran Desert culture that defines us. We can’t wait to welcome travelers discovering us for the first time in addition to reintroducing generations of loyal past guests to our bold transformation.”
In addition to the renovation, the resort has recently earned the AAA Four Diamond designation. The recognition strengthens the property’s standing in the market and reflects the level of product and guest service The Peak is committed to delivering.
“The transformation of The Peak Phoenix marks an exciting new chapter for this iconic resort,” said Michael George, founder, chairman, and CEO of Crescent Hotels & Resorts.
“With its extraordinary $120 million transformation, enhanced amenities, and prestigious AAA Four Diamond recognition, The Peak is exceptionally positioned to set a new standard for resort hospitality in Phoenix.”
