I recently came across a beautiful ad for toe nail polish, and I was instantly was inspired to paint the walls of my house the same tone.

Painting walls in your home is easy, so why not change it with the seasons?

Pale green

Green has always been one of my favorite colors for every season, especially in the summer. A pale green hue is calming and looks cool. I recently painted a guest bedroom on one of my projects, and it turned out fabulous! I found this nail color to match it, and I can’t wait to try it out on my toes!

White

Who said white walls are boring? White walls are my favorite because they are a crisp, blank canvas for art or photos. White is the hardest color to find just the right hue. Sometimes the white will have pink undertones, or even blue undertones, but this white is the perfect, true white. Nothing looks hotter than tan skin with white nails. Essie makes a beautiful shade of white.

Soft grey

A soft grey is great for every season. There is something that is so relaxing about soft grey. I love using grey for any style of home; it makes the perfect back drop for any room ― whether it’s modern, eclectic, traditional or romantic. Soft grey nails are always in vogue, and they go great with any outfit.

Enjoy painting your walls and nails. But remember; paint your nails after you paint the walls! Otherwise you will destroy a great manicure.
