“As a company, we are honored to be a part of this sale, but to us, it’s not about the sales price,” said Sean Zimmerman, president of Launch Real Estate. “The client experience is number one and we believe that price should never impact service. Whether we are working with a first time homebuyer or a record-breaking seller, our agents strive to provide the best experience with exceptional results.”
Since its inception, Launch has listed and sold 40 percent of the Valley’s homes that have closed for more than $12 million and Launch has the number one market share of homes sold for more than $1 million in Paradise Valley and Arcadia. In fact, Launch agents on average sell more real estate than any of the top 10 offices in Maricopa County.
