The award-winning J&G Steakhouse at The Phoenician is reopening for dinner service on Thursday, November 19, and is now accepting reservations at Proudly led by Executive Chef Jacques Qualin, who’s been directing J&G’s kitchen since opening in December 2008, the restaurant features spacious, socially-distanced dining rooms, as well as an outdoor deck complemented by inviting fire pits and dramatic Valley views.  With new hours — Thursdays and Sundays from 5-9 pm, and Fridays and Saturdays from 5-10 pm — J&G is also taking reservations for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners. Perched atop The Phoenician at the base of Camelback Mountain, J&G pairs award-winning premium meats and a global selection of seafood with the finest local ingredients and worldly spices. A native of the Franche-Comté region of France, Chef Qualin takes pride in preparing and serving the finest offerings, accented by the freshest seasonal ingredients and bold Asian and American flavors.
Overseen by longtime GM and wine guru, Patrick Norton, J&G is also home to a 2020 Wine Spectator Award-Winning Wine List. In fact, J&G has been named to the Wine Spectator list every year since opening.
