Palm Creek Golf & RV Resort, a country-club style 55+ community located in the heart of Casa Grande, Arizona, is expanding with 50 new acres and more incredible amenities.
Already featuring more than 2,000 home lots and RV sites, an Executive Par 3 Championship Golf Course, Sports Complex, Activities Center, and more, the newly added homesites and new amenities at Palm Creek will include something for everyone.
Palm Creek’s expansion includes:

The new home offerings at Palm Creek include two-bedroom, two-bath luxury Cottage Homes with three floor plans to choose from, ranging from 861-883 square feet, starting at $94,000. Additionally, two-bedroom, two-bath luxury Village Homes are available with five different plans, including those with beautiful greenbelt views. These homes range from 1,066-1,319 square feet, and start at $124,000. The high-quality manufactured homes are built by Cavco and Champion, and future residents will have the option to customize their dream home with exterior patios, oversized sheds, garages, and RV parking.
In addition to the new homesites, Palm Creek is upgrading several resort facilities. The popular Bistro will double in size to include an expanded indoor dining area with seating for 50 people, supported by an expanded kitchen prep area. Guests will also enjoy outside areas with extended pergola coverage and firepits. The on-site Bistro serves both breakfast and lunch. Plus, the Pro Shop will get a new stand-alone 1,200-square foot building that will include a boutique retail space, drive-up loading and unloading area, redesigned practice green, and additional golf-cart parking.
