Pei Wei Asian Kitchen is adding stores and made-to-order Asian cuisine dishes.

The latest menu offerings start with honey mango chili chicken, a limited-time entrée featuring crispy chicken and juicy mango tossed in a sweet honey mango sauce with chili flakes and served with a fresh lime.
Guests can also enjoy Pei Wei’s new sauced dumplings — six steamed dumplings filled with chicken, cabbage, shallots, ginger and green onions, then wok-tossed in guests’ choice of sweet soy or firecracker sauce.
The latest menu innovations build on Pei Wei’s lineup of guest favorites, including signature chicken lettuce wraps, firecracker chicken and orange chicken.
Dreeland said Arizona continues to be an important market for the brand, with a new Pei Wei location planned for Tucson. Additional details, including the opening date, will be announced soon.
The new dishes can be offered in the restaurant, takeout, delivery or using the Pei Wei app.
