Postino, the all-day restaurant and wine bar known for its cult-like following, is continuing its expansion across its home state of Arizona. Scheduled to open later this year, Postino Queen Creek will be located at The Switchyard development in the heart of the QC (Queen Creek) District. The opening marks a major milestone for the Arizona-born brand as its first location in this rapidly growing community.
The new location will feature a 3,800-square-foot interior with seating for 107 guests, seamlessly connecting to a massive 1,953-square-foot patio designed for up to 86 guests to gather, unwind, and connect. Designed with Postino’s signature spirit, the space will feature a Zuru floor-to-ceiling lamp partition, a marquee wine display, custom walnut wine walls, and roll-up garage doors that pull the outdoors in.
Postino has become synonymous with being the perfect date-night destination, a must-try dining experience, and a welcoming gathering place for friends and family. Situated within The Switchyard, the restaurant enters one of Queen Creek’s most anticipated new developments, joining a curated mix of premier dining and retail concepts, including Shake Shack, Snooze, Mora, Cava, The Porch, Jeni’s, CorePower Yoga, Blu Sushi, Warby Parker, and Provision.
“Arizona is where Postino first began, and growing our footprint here in a thriving community like Queen Creek feels incredibly special,” said Postino Co-Founder and CEO Lauren Bailey. “We’ve loved watching this area grow, and we can’t wait to create a welcoming space at The Switchyard where neighbors can come together over great food, wine, and conversation.”

Every Postino location incorporates subtle nods to its surrounding community, and Queen Creek is no exception. Paying homage to the region’s late-1800s history, when the area was a wide stretch of open Sonoran Desert dominated by cattle ranching near the San Tan Mountains and Queen Creek Wash, the design blends modern warmth with local character. A standout focal feature will be a custom art wall crafted from vintage milk caps (Pogs), alongside curated mid-century modern furnishings and decor sourced in partnership with local vintage pickers and shops including Soda Pop, MoM, and Modern Manor.
Offering an ever-evolving selection of artisanal wines, craft brews, and cocktails, Postino pairs its beverage program with a crave-worthy menu of bruschetta, panini, salads, charcuterie boards, and shareable plates. With more than 20 wines available by the glass and a lineup of daily specials, the concept delivers a relaxed yet elevated dining experience. Guests can take advantage of Postino’s famous daily Happy Hour, featuring $6 glasses of wine and draft beer pitchers every day until 5:00 PM, or drop in for the fan-favorite $25 Bottle & Board deal on Monday and Tuesday evenings after 8:00 PM. Wine enthusiasts looking to stay connected can also join the Postino Bottle Club, a membership program offering curated quarterly wine hand-picks, exclusive perks, and year-round community events.
Postino draws its name from the Italian word for postman, an homage to the 1940s post office where the original location first opened more than 25 years ago. While every location is uniquely tailored to its neighborhood, each reflects the brand’s commitment to creating a welcoming “third place” where guests can gather and feel at home. At its core, Postino is driven by a simple but powerful mission: to “Make People Feel Good.”
Open daily for lunch and dinner, along with weekend brunch beginning at 10 am, Postino Queen Creek will feature a wide variety of local Arizona craft brews alongside its extensive wine program and flavorful cocktail menu.
