Online shopping carts evolve. One minute, they’re filled with grocery items. At 2 a.m., we start looking like an inventory checklist for a survival bunker or a competitive homesteading convention. This month, we’re being practical — somewhat. Here are product reviews for this month’s shopping obsessions:

O’Keeffe’s Working Hands Hand & Body Lotion

“But it’s a dry heat” is the phrase most Arizonans turn to when someone tries to insult the state’s climate. The temperatures may be a bonus in the winter, but not for the skin. Comfort desert lizard skin with O’Keeffe’s Working Hands Lotion. The hardcore cream — “hardcore” is our word, not theirs — is scentless, but seals cracks like flex tape on a leaky pipe. (Thanks, dad, for teaching me about plumbing!) The best part? O’Keeffe’s doesn’t leave an oily trail, so go back to the keyboard and deep dive on LinkedIn. ($14.97)

Stickerbox

Let’s start with the tech. The Stickerbox AI Sticker Maker is simple to use. Press a button, say something crazy — perhaps a cowboy hat-wearing cat going fishing, a lizard playing baseball or an alien swimming in a pool — and its internal AI creates and prints a custom, BPA-free thermal sticker.

Resembling an AI-enabled Etch A Sketch, the device requires no ink. It was created by Hapiko, a Brooklyn‑based company backed by $7 million in funding from Maveron and Serena Ventures.

For adults, Stickerbox is the perfect way to lighten the mood; kids will find it addictive. ($129.99)

Fischer & Wieser strawberry rhubarb preserves

Finally, preserves with personality. Fischer & Wieser’s strawberry rhubarb preserves are balanced. The strawberry brings the “sweet,” while rhubarb adds a bright, tangy note and character.

The preserves spread well, but it’s not overly smooth or gelatinous. There are real pieces of fruit throughout, so it feels closer to something homemade than a mass-produced jam. Poke through the jar with a butter knife, and you’ll see the strawberries, which adds to that small-batch feel.

Fischer & Wieser’s strawberry rhubarb preserves are great on toast or an English muffin, but they’re just as good atop vanilla ice cream, where the tart rhubarb helps balance the richness. Little touches like that make them surprisingly versatile. ($7.99)

Viking Culinary Pan Set

The Viking Culinary pan set looks as if it belongs in a Michelin-starred commercial kitchen. We knew it was time to buy “real” cookware when the old pot handles were wobbling dangerously when we boiled water.

The pots heat startlingly quickly, and the stay-cool ergonomic handles are perfect for any stovetop concoction. The Viking Culinary set is a bit heavy and arduous to clean, but that’s well worth the quality. ($799)

Stellar Multi Stone Halo Ring

Nadri’s Stellar Multi Stone Halo Ring — a mix of aqua and deep indigo stones — is gorgeous. The halo design definitely has that little “burst of sparkle” the description promises. It feels well‑made, has great shine, and looks more expensive than it is. The ring is true to size, but the crown runs a little large. The Stellar Multi Stone Halo Ring glimmers for those ready to party. ($90)

Opalina Artisan Matchbox

SmithHönig’s Opalina Artisan Matchbox is the ultimate conversation starter. Opalina doesn’t just sit on a coffee table or television stand; she holds court. The painting was created in-house for the piece, which can be refilled or reused. The layered pink‑and‑gold backdrop gives her a regal glow, but it’s the attitude — that unapologetic, “I know I’m fabulous” energy — that makes her the instant focal point of any vignette. The Opalina Artisan Matchbox is approximately 5.25 inches by 3.5 inches by 1.5 inches. Tiny but mighty. ($32)

weariQ Bluetooth Smart Glasses

weariQ Bluetooth Smart Glasses is the ultimate multi-tasking gadget. They look like simple sunglasses, but they hold an unexpected amount of technology. The open-ear speakers are perfect for listening to podcasts, music or quick calls—and the quality is crisp. The voice assistant has a bit of a learning curve.

The polarized lenses cut glare and offer real UV protection, which is a prime benefit. Add in the IPX4 water resistance and the fact that they’re comfortable enough to wear for hours. These are fun and functional. ($23.95 on Amazon)
