Construction on J.Crew Factory, the renowned American fashion retailer that carries women’s, men’s and kid’s clothing, began this February and is projected to open in May 2025. Also slated to open soon is Perspire Sauna Studio. Construction is underway and the infrared sauna and red-light therapy studio will be ready to welcome its first guests in April. Jinya Ramen Bar, known for its slow-simmered ramen broths, innovative toppings and small plates will join Queen Creek Marketplace in early 2026.
These highly anticipated additions will complement the diverse selection of retail, dining and lifestyle options already available at Queen Creek Marketplace. Located at 21398 S. Ellsworth Loop Road, the new retailers will provide even more variety for locals and visitors, all in the heart of the fast-growing Queen Creek community.
“We take great pride in selecting tenants who are in-demand for this area, especially those that are either new to the Southeast Valley or underrepresented in the region,” said Angie Kory, Vice President of Leasing at Vestar. “By focusing on the needs and desires of the community, we’re creating a destination that resonates with local residents and aligns with their unique tastes and expectations.”
J.Crew Factory, Perspire Sauna Studios and Jinya Ramen Bar will join other recent openings at the shopping center, including First Watch, a popular breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, and Carter’s, a clothing store for babies, toddlers and children.
The open-air lifestyle center is home to Target, T.J. Maxx, ULTA Beauty, Trader Joe’s, Kohl’s, Nordstrom Rack, Dave & Buster’s and Harkins Theatres, among 60+ others. As one of the largest shopping centers in Queen Creek and the Southeast Valley, Queen Creek Marketplace has experienced significant growth since its inception in 2008, consistently welcoming new retailers, restaurants and service providers to meet the needs of this rapidly expanding region.
