With summer flavors top of mind, Chef Samantha Sanz of Talavera at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North has created Summer in Seville, a new prix fixe menu for two that offers the best of seasonal dining at a special value.
Guests can begin their evening with a porrón of sangria or a bottle of txakolina, a light effervescent Spanish wine ideal for summer enjoyment. The meal continues with a tapas dish to share, a verdura (vegetable dish) to share, and Chef Sanz’ summer version of her signature paella. The summer paella is a savory combination of chorizo Bilbao, prawns, mussels and clams, corn, peas and a flavorful chermoula verde sauce.
Talavera’s lively contemporary dining room offers spectacular views of Pinnacle Peak and the valley below. For added ambiance, Talavera features the live music of a flamenco guitarist each Thursday evening.

The After Sun Soother at The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is the perfect remedy for a long day in the Arizona sun. The 50-minute, head-to-toe treatment features the healing power of a cooling aloe vera and cucumber wrap. Ideal for an afternoon getaway, the Spa Siesta treatment will begin with a cooling spritz of Neroli mist to cool and hydrate the skin.
