Blancos Tacos + Tequila will open its first Phoenix location by the end of this year.
It will occupy the former Ling & Louie’s Kitchen and will neighbor Zinburger and True Food Kitchen, all owned by Fox Restaurant Concepts.
“It’s no secret that we think the Biltmore area is a great place to open a restaurant,” said Sam Fox, Founder of Fox Restaurant Concepts. “It’s the city’s intersection for business professionals, shoppers and neighbors, who, we hope, will enjoy Blanco’s fresh approach to Mexican cuisine in an energetic environment.”
The popular Mexican eatery gained esteem at its first location in Tucson, which opened in 2007. Shortly after, they opened a second location at Scottsdale’s Borgata in Fall 2008.
Blanco’s is known for its wide variety of taco’, enchiladas, and queso chips, margaritas, sangria and rare tequilas.
According to a restaurant spokesperson, “While the clean, vibrant, come-as-you-are atmosphere will mirror the original Valley locale, the third generation is defined by a twist to the concept’s hip cantina vibe. A walk-up window will open to the Biltmore’s busy courtyard offering on-the-go ordering for those fueling up between rounds of shopping or those quickly retreating back to the office.”
The new Blancos Tacos + Tequila will be at 2502 E. Camelback Road in Phoenix.
