Desert Ridge Marketplace will welcome the second Valley location of Breakfast Kitchen Bar (BKB) in Fall 2019 on the southwest corner of the center between Target and Flower Child.

The locally-owned and operated restaurant aims to redefine breakfast and lunch with outrageously decadent dishes and carefully curated menus for special diets. Choose from favorites like the Churro Waffles and Grilled Cheese Bacon French Toast, or enjoy healthier options on the special Keto friendly menu, including the Philly Steak Breakfast Pizza and Power Protein Chocolate Pancakes.

A robust drink menu offers guests classic morning favorites such as the BKB Bloody Mary, a selection of classic and flavored mimosas or a Dirty Chai. Those feeling more adventurous can sip on an Espresso Martini or Spiced Pear Mule and take in the laid-back, yet hip vibe.

“Breakfast Kitchen Bar’s emphasis on extraordinary chef-driven cuisines is a welcome addition to Desert Ridge Marketplace’s already-stellar lineup of culinary destinations,” said Jenny Cushing, vice president of leasing at Vestar.

Breakfast Kitchen Bar was drawn to Desert Ridge Marketplace’s emphasis on experience-driven concepts and entertainment options – a primary focus of the shopping center since it completed a $22 million, top-to-bottom renovation in 2017.

“We’re a gathering spot where friends and family come for breakfast, colleagues meet for coffee or lunch and everyone has an exceptional experience,” said Sam Ashek, owner of Breakfast Kitchen Bar.

Breakfast Kitchen Bar will join new and upcoming additions to Desert Ridge Marketplace, including H&M, ComicX, CB Live, The Whining Pig Beer & Wine Bar, Barrio Queen and Flower Child.
