After a four-month renovation and refresh, Agave’s Restaurant located at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Resort and Casino has re-opened with a whole new look and an updated menu. The newly remodeled 3,869 square foot space with seating for 118 guests boasts indoor and pool-side dining in a new, modernized environment. The restaurant features an elegant yet contemporary casual setting, complete with beautiful fixtures and chrome décor where diners can crave an abundance of flavors inspired by Executive Chef Colin Ribble.

Open from 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. seven days a week, Agave’s features traditional breakfast fare such as Denver omelets and pancakes as well as Sonoran-inspired breakfast items including Machaca Con Huevos and a Chorizo Con Queso Omelet. Lunch items include burgers, sandwiches and salads, build-your-own tacos and burritos, specialty dessert items and cocktails served in 53-ounce schooners.

According to Robert Miguel, chairman of the Ak-Chin Indian Community, “the grand re-opening of Agave’s Restaurant gives Harrah’s customers another spectacular dining option. It also further supports our commitment to providing the first-class amenities that our customers deserve. At Harrah’s, we provide the best, for the best, by the best!”

“The re-opening of Agave’s Restaurant is the final chapter of our multimillion-dollar expansion project that touched practically every inch of the Harrah’s Ak-Chin property,” said Robert Livingston, general manager and regional president of Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino. “Now that we have completed the expansion and celebrated our 25th anniversary, we will continue our ‘play for all’ philosophy into the coming year.”

Celebrating 25 years in Maricopa, Arizona, Harrah’s Ak-Chin Resort and Casino is Arizona’s first and only tribal casino to have an international management partner. Harrah’s Ak-Chin is the only casino in Arizona that allows guests, through its Caesars Rewards program, to unlock benefits and other prizes that can be used worldwide at the entire Caesars’ family of casinos.
