On the coattails of its Gilbert location’s opening in January, TapHouse Kitchen at Hilton Village in Scottsdale just had its grand opening.
TapHouse Kitchen, a Tasty Brand Holdings Restaurant, opens this week at the Hilton Village in Scottsdale. This neighborhood kitchen features a seasonal menu of “Modern American Cuisine” prepared in a “Scratch” kitchen.
The newly renovated 3,500 square foot location accommodates 144 guests and features a rustic and woody décor. Grand wine bottle chandeliers cascade from the ceiling and red brick walls stretch along the warm and inviting interior. The restaurant has a fully air-conditioned patio, with a large garage door that creates an indoor- outdoor atmosphere.
TapHouse Kitchen is committed to serving only the finest, freshest ingredients while partnering with purveyors that use sustainable growing methods and organic hormone free feed. TapHouse Kitchen’s signature dishes include: Creek Stone Beef Sliders & Creek Stone Burger Salad, Jerked Chicken Salad, Walleye Pike Fish and Chips, Drunken Shrimp, Beef Short Rib and Grilled Scottish Salmon. For dessert people can tempt their taste buds with the Manhattan Pecan Tart served with kitchen made Brandy Alexander ice cream. The restaurant’s focus on freshness also extends to the bar. Twenty craft beers, 5 select wines and 3 different types of whiskey are all served on simple taps extending from a beautiful copper backsplash.
Chef Patrick Karvis joins TapHouse Kitchen as Executive Chef. Karvis started his culinary journey at the O’rangie, now known as Wright’s at the Arizona Biltmore. He continued on his career as a sous chef at Lon’s at the Hermosa Inn. Later, Karvis took those skills and joined Eddie’s Grill / Eddie Matney’s Restaurant. Karvis has won multiple culinary awards throughout his career.

The restaurant was designed by Tony Sutton and his hospitality team at Est Est Inc.
Taphouse Kitchen is located at the Hilton Village in Scottsdale at 6137 North Scottsdale Road, Suite 108.
