True Food Kitchen has proven to be a lot of Valley fitness fans’ favorite post-workout dining option. All those weekend warriors — and everyone else who likes healthy dining options — are in luck.

Using Dr. Andrew Weil’s guidelines for his Anti-Inflammatory diet, True Food Kitchen‘s Executive Chef, Arik Markus has made some tasty but healthy additions toTrue Food Kitchen’s weekend brunch menu.

Additions include a Tofu Burrito, a Smoked Salmon Breakfast Pizza and a Market Scramble that give diners the option to add Machaca Beef or Chicken Breakfast Sausage.True Food Kitchen has also added smoothies to the menu: Tropic-Kale, AB & J, and the Rise & Shine.

During a recent visit, True Food’s Organic Huevos Rancheros also proved to be a must-try dish.

While the new brunch menu is only available on Saturday or Sundays – True Food Kitchen does serve brunch until 4 p.m.
