The Wigwam, an iconic Arizona landmark and AAA Four-Diamond resort invites guests to celebrate Arizona Restaurant Week Sept. 15-24 and experience tantalizing three-course menus at both its Litchfield’s and Red’s Bar & Grill restaurants.

The Wigwam’s signature restaurant, Litchfield’s featuring farm-to-table cuisine prepared over a pecan wood-fired grill, will offer a menu of first course dishes including a choice of arugula salad featuring peach, blueberry, candied pecans and goat cheese topped with a lemon vinaigrette; duck confit with herbed goat cheese, dried cherry and arugula dressed in a balsamic topping with a side crostini; and a tomato bisque with brie, rosemary baguette and chives.

Diners will savor second-course entrees offered including pappardelle with veal bolognese, parmigiano, chili flake and basil; shrimp with cheddar grits, sweet corn, applewood bacon and a buttermilk biscuit; and chicken with marble potato, smoked bacon, grain mustard, arugula and salsa verde. 

Dessert offerings from Litchfield’s include a choice of berry crisp with snicker doodle and cream cheese ice cream; or chocolate cheesecake with strawberry and pistachio. The three-course menu is $44 per person.

Red’s Bar & Grill offering a tantalizing and soul-warming cuisine, features a menu of shared appetizers to enjoy featuring deviled eggs topped with brown mustard, maple bacon jam and chives; fried pickles made from crispy kosher dill pickles with a side of chipotle ranch; waffle fries loaded with cheddar, bacon, tomato, sour cream and green onion; and spinach salad made with baby spinach, fresh strawberry, red onion, feta cheese and almond dressed in a citrus vinaigrette.

Delectable entrees include a choice of fish po’boy with tempura white fish, citrus slaw, tomato, red onion and remoulade served on a hoagie roll; chicken caprese which includes grilled chicken breast, fresh mozzarella, vine tomato and basil pesto on ciabatta; a cobb burger with fried egg, smoked bacon, guacamole and blue cheese; and the caliente pork burger consisting of roasted jalapeno and poblano with crispy bacon and chipotle cream cheese.

A choice of Red’s custom-made ice cream sandwiches in flavors including chocolate chip, peanut butter, and strawberry top off the delectable three-course meal at $33 per couple.

Red’s Bar & Grill offers a relaxed vibe, featuring 14 TVs and an expansive scenic outdoor patio that overlooks the rolling greens of the resort’s Gold and Patriot golf courses.
