Rommie Mojahed named SVN’s 2018 top producer

SVN Desert Commercial Advisors in Phoenix was nationally ranked in the Top 10 SVN offices every month in 2018 by the corporate headquarters.  More importantly, Director of Retail Leasing & Sales Investments, Rommie Mojahed was named to the SVNIC’s TOP 100 advisors across the nation in every single month of 2018.  With approximately 70 deals closed out in 2018, Mojahed was recently named the 2018 Top Producer of the Year.

Mojahed began last year with closing out over $4.6M in lease & sales transactions before February.  He was also named a Retail panelist last February at the IREM/CCIM Economic Forecast at the Arizona Biltmore.  He was featured in AZ Big Media as an industry expert who believes that there will be increased attention to more service-and entertainment oriented tenants that will occupy vacant retail centers.  The panelists touched on topics regarding the demand for brick-and-mortar tenants, such as healthcare clinics, gyms, dentist offices, and theaters.  Case in point, he brought tenant, Creating Vitality into the Pollack Plaza in Chandler; a 6,000 square-foot fitness center for athletes with disabilities and closed on several medical, spa/salon deals.

Over the next few months, Mojahed sold multiple land parcels from the west valley to the east valley.  Mojahed was featured in the Phoenix Business Journal as ‘Names to Know’ to recognize his ongoing accolades for his commercial real estate performance in the valley.  Throughout the last two years, the director closed over $12M in lease transactions at Gilbert & Ocotillo’s new retail development.  Co-brokered by Beau Flahart, the retail development was also named SVN’s 2018 ‘Deal of the Year’.
