The Shops at Town & Country has revitalized the corner of 20th Street and Camelback Road with a multi-phase redevelopment that includes opening 95,000 square-feet of retail and restaurant space since 2012. The current phase of the development will add another 40,000+ square-feet that is scheduled to open by the end of 2015.
Forever 21 is the newest retailer to join The Shops at Town & Country with their first location in the Biltmore area. The 18,500 square foot store will be the company’s new F21 red concept. F21 red, which was designed to respond to growing customer demands for Forever 21 staples, delivers a deeper inventory of fashion basics. The F21 red store is intended to create an easy shopping experience for the entire family with an assortment of fashion staples from each of the Forever 21 lines, including Forever 21, Forever 21 Men, Forever 21 Plus, and Forever 21 Girls.
The Shops at Town & Country will also welcome Paper Source, Hopdoddy Burger Bar, and Nekter Juice Bar to the property later this year. Paper Source is a premier paperie and gift retailer offering a curated selection of fine papers, custom invitations and announcements, distinctive gifts, quirky greeting cards, gift wrap, paper craft kits, party supplies and personalized stationery and stamps. Hopdoddy serves mindfully sourced, ground in-house, antibiotic and hormone free Angus burgers on buns baked fresh all day, alongside hand-cut Kennebec fries, farm fresh salads and craft milkshakes. Nekter Juice Bar features all-natural, raw, vegan juices and smoothies in addition to offerings with salads, quinoa and açai bowls alongside multiday cleanse products.

Adjacent to The Container Store and also previously announced earlier this summer, Orvis will open a 5,000 square foot location. Founded in 1856, Orvis is America’s oldest mail-order outfitter and longest continually-operating fly-fishing business. Orvis retail stores offer a wide assortment of men’s and women’s sportswear, fine gifts and home furnishings, luggage and travel accessories, as well as fine shotguns, gear, and technical apparel for wingshooting and sporting clays.
