Denali National Trust bought 3.82 acres of land in Scottsdale for $6,158,000, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda. The price breaks down to $1,612,041.88 per acre.
The land is located at 7301 E. Helm Rd., at the southeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Greenway Parkway in Scottsdale.

The seller was Windrose Square LLC.

The study showed Scottsdale was the top city by net moves, with 68% more people moving in versus moving out.
