San Isidro Six Investments bought 5.4 acres of land in Peoria for $2,117,025, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda. The seller was Ali Mojaverian. The land is located at the northwest corner of North 99th Avenue and West Northern Avenue in Peoria.
Western Retail Advisors represented both the buyer and the seller.

The Prescott at Park West, a proposed 95-unit townhome development in multiple two-story buildings, is planned for the site. Building heights will range from 28 feet to 30 feet. A two-car garage will accompany each unit and there will be 215 total parking spaces (includes parking for guests and leasing office). There will be 30 one-bedroom, 41 two-bedroom, and 24 three-bedroom units.
