The ceremony symbolizes the culmination of months of dedicated hard work on the facility up until this point. Marked by the 700-year old tradition of adorning a Christmas Tree on the beam to represent god luck, team members and builders signed the steel beam to leave their lasting mark on months of hard work that will benefit the Scottsdale and surrounding communities.

The Ford Pro Elite Commercial Service Center & Dealer has been designed and is being built to support the modern needs of large Ford trucks and commercial vehicles including a wide range of Ford and non-Ford models, such as Class 1 to 7 vehicles and top-of-the-line electric vehicles.

Highlights of this advanced facility include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Service Diversity: With fifty large and innovative service bays, the center is equipped to provide a comprehensive array of services, ensuring that all vehicles, regardless of make or model, receive top-tier maintenance and repair.
  • Sustainability: Emphasizing Ford’s commitment to green technology, this center will assume the role as a leading facility for electric-vehicle service, aligning with global efforts to promote environmental sustainability.
  • Community Impact: By offering rapid turnaround and a six-day operational schedule, the facility aims to minimize downtime for local businesses, contributing significantly to the economic vitality of Scottsdale and surrounding areas.
  • Innovation in Service: The incorporation of mobile service options reflects a forward-thinking approach to customer convenience and service accessibility, setting a new standard in the automotive service industry.

Lou Primak, principal and COO for Agate Construction, remarked that “this ceremony and completion of the structure shows us that true character is defined by what you do in the face of adversity, and this team along with Chapman Automotive Group and Ford, have worked together to overcome adversity.”
