Phoenix Commercial Advisors facilitated the sale of Sunrise Promenade, a new development shadow anchored by ALDI in Peoria. The property, located on 5.77 acres just south of the southeast corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road at 24645 and 24775 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway, Peoria, Ariz., sold for a total of $18,250,000 or $680 per square foot.
The shop buildings, totaling 26,852 square feet, were 100 percent leased to a diverse mix of essential needs, internet-resistant tenants, including Club Pilates, Stretch Lab, Yoga Six, Pacific Dental, Athletico Physical Therapy, Pearle Vision and more. Danny Gardiner and John Schweikert at Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.
