The Alter Group announces two leases at Riverwalk Arizona (www.riverwalkarizona.com), a 176-acre mixed-use business park in Scottsdale, AZ. Mytek Network Solutions, LLC will lease 8,333 SF of space, and City Market Deli signed for 2,349SF; both companies will occupy the 7500 N. Dobson Road facility. Michael J. Alter, President of the Chicago-based national corporate real estate development firm, announced the transactions.
