Amkor Technology, a leading provider of semiconductor packaging and test services, joined Tempe Mayor Mark Mitchell, Ryan Companies US, Inc., ASU representatives and other community leaders to officially open the doors of Amkor’s new corporate headquarters today.

Located in the Arizona State University Research Park (ASURP), the 101,949 square foot, two-story office building at 2045 E. Innovation Circle was constructed by builder/developer, Ryan Companies in just nine months. PHArchitecture was the architect of record. The facility features an open office concept for approximately 350 employees— complete with large training and conference areas.

“We are excited to move our corporate headquarters to the prestigious ASU Research Park. The new building is a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility and we look forward to being here for many years to come,” said Steve Kelley, Amkor’s President and CEO.

A leading global technology company, Amkor, is a natural fit at ASURP, Greater Phoenix’s premier technology park. Amkor joins other notable technolgy companies at ASURP including Avnet, GoDaddy, Edward Jones and Walgreens.
