Continental Properties announced the groundbreaking of Avanterra Town Square, a brand-new luxury, 102 single-family home rental community in Gilbert, AZ. The community is located off S Gilbert Rd just north of E Ray Rd., less than 3 miles from downtown Gilbert. Avanterra Town Square will be the first single-family rental home community in Gilbert and will feature homes ranging from one bedroom to four bedrooms.

This is Continental’s seventh luxury apartment community in the Phoenix-metro, including Springs at Cooley Station located less than 10 minutes from Avanterra Town Square in Gilbert.
