Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center, a leading provider of advanced vision care and surgery, is expanding its Sun City presence and will anchor the newly renovated and enhanced 106,503-square-foot La Ronde Centre at 14600 N. Del Webb Blvd. in Sun City, Ariz.
The multi-tenant shopping center will undergo a major renovation featuring Class A multi-tenant buildings for retail and healthcare providers and a public wellness garden for community events.
The new center will become the largest non-hospital, medical mixed-use project for health and wellness in metropolitan Phoenix, when completed at the end of 2015.
Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center will relocate its Sun City clinic and ambulatory surgical center from 9425 W. Bell Rd. to become the anchor tenant at La Ronde Centre, occupying 24,000 square feet. The new state-of-art eye care clinic and ambulatory surgical center will include ample parking for patients.
Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center is the managing member of the Sun City Development Group — a group of investors and future tenants at the new Sun City center that include Cardiac Solutions, the Maxwell Group, North Valley Neurology and Moore Audiology and Hearing Aid Center.
The medical and surgical team at Barnet Dulaney Perkins has provided some of the world’s most advanced technologies and techniques in eye care to Sun City for 30 years.
