Fulton Homes is returning to Northwest Phoenix with 1,000 new homes at 163rd Ave., north of Grand Ave. and near the White Tank Mountains. Sale for the land will be finalized this month. The new community will be called “Escalante” and is the first endeavor into this area of Phoenix for Fulton Homes in over a decade. The homes will all be single family detached from 4 different product lines and come with the choice of 4 different lot sizes.

Escalante will have a great number of amenities, which is a staple of communities by Fulton. Six different parks will give residents multiple options to relax under ramadas and play on well-equipped playgrounds. Escalante will also be home to a family friendly aquatic center and a 9-hole disc golf course. President of Fulton Homes, Norm Nicholls says that Escalante will have a major impact on the area. “We couldn’t be happier to be back in Northwest Phoenix. With 1,000 homes on over 350 acres, it will leave an enduring mark on a beautiful part of the Valley set right near the beautiful White Tank Mountains,” said Nicholls.

Escalante will have access from the Loop 303 exit at US 60/Grand Avenue. By the time construction of homes begins, Happy Valley Road will have also been finished to the north of the community.
