Daum Commercial Real Estate Services has negotiated the $1.34 million sale of a 20,310-square-foot office/warehouse industrial building located at 3342 E. Wier Ave. in southeast Phoenix.
Mike Wallis with Daum Phoenix represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
The buyer was Pitts International Investment Group of Phoenix and plans to use the property as an expansion for one of its subsidiaries.
The seller was S&F Holdings of Glendale.
