Influx of 6 new tenants join mix at Rivulon

Nationwide Realty Investors has announced six new office tenants at Rivulon, the expansive 250-acre master-planned, mixed-use development located along Loop 202 at Gilbert Rd.  Nationwide Realty Investors President and COO Brian J. Ellis made the announcement.

The Cincinnati Insurance Company has leased approximately 15,000 square feet on the second floor of the 161 E. Rivulon Blvd office building and plans to move into their new offices later this spring. The Western & Southern Life Insurance Company is now occupying a 3,400-square-foot space on the first floor of the 161 building. And, earlier this month, Old Republic Title Holding Company joined the high-profile line-up of companies in the 161 building in their new 3,500-square-foot office space.

Ensign Financial Partners, a local financial planning firm, is now occupying a 3,400-square-foot space in the adjacent 111 E. Rivulon Blvd building. Both two-story, 60,000-square-foot buildings, supremely located along Rivulon Blvd, were completed earlier this year. The new tenants join anchor Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Financing LLC, as well as Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, Security Title Agency, and Miller Financial Group.

The newest occupant in the 275 E. Rivulon Blvd office building, located next to the Isagenix world headquarters facility along Loop 202, is Elevation Marketing. The national, full-service branding firm moved into a 7,200-square-foot suite late last year.

Also, recently announced at Rivulon, is Deloitte’s new 102,000-square-foot U.S. Delivery Center within The Commons at Rivulon. Deloitte moved into their new facility at 310 E. Rivulon Blvd in late 2018. 

Development continues at The Commons with two more two-story, 100,000-square-foot buildings with large, open floor plates now under construction. The multi-tenant buildings cater to technology, creative and collaborative tenants seeking open and flexible space in an integrated campus environment. The dedicated neighborhood features outdoor common spaces, access to walking paths, and nearby retail and restaurants. Upon completion of the third and fourth buildings, The Commons will include more than 400,000 square feet of office space.

The growing retail mix at Rivulon includes Wildflower Bread, Sauce Pizza & Wine, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Yogi’s Grill Teriyaki & Roll, Grabbagreen, and an Isagenix retail store. In addition, Audi Gilbert recently opened at Rivulon along Gilbert Road, neighboring a Volvo dealership and Gilbert’s first Mercedes-Benz dealership.
