Landsea Homes acquires 178 homesites in Estrella and Verrado

Landsea Homes today announced that it has acquired a total of 178 new homesites at two different master-planned communities, Estrella in Goodyear and Verrado in Buckeye.

Vidrio at Estrella will consist of 92 single-story homes that range in size from 1,900 sq. ft to 2,300 sq. ft., and will feature three floorplans with options for three to four bedrooms. The Estrella master-planned community features an unparalleled 50-mile path and trails system and outdoor recreational areas including parks, courts, golf course and playgrounds.

Victory at Verrado will consist of an additional collection of 86 duplex lots specifically for the 55+ community, catering to a ‘lock and leave’ lifestyle. Homes will range in size from 1,200 sq. ft. to 1,300 sq. ft., and feature two different floorplans, which include two bedrooms with dens. One floorplan will also offer a casita with separate entry.
