Scannell Properties bought 166.05 acres of land in Mesa for $36,038,340, according to the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda. The price breaks down to $217,033.06 per acre.
The land is located at the southeast corner of Loop 202 and Warner Road in Mesa.

The seller was ViaWest Group.
In 2020, Land Advisors Organization brokered a deal in which Scannell Properties bought an approximately 70-acre site located in east Buckeye for nearly $6.65 million.
Plans for the Buckeye site is the construction of an 850,000 SF distribution center for the specialty discount retailer Five Below. This marks the newest distribution center for the City of Buckeye and West Valley, which continues to grow and attract employers. Five Below plans to bring approximately 150 new jobs to the area initially and expects to grow to nearly 300 employees over the next five years.
